May 14th UPDATE ...
Stacy came over to West Central Illinois joining me on a hunt. And
although we didn't have success that weekend in bagging a bird ... we
had fun. Stacy is a fun person and we heard birds gobbling off the
roost both mornings, ... just couldn't close the deal. But as any hunt
goes ... you never know how the day will end until it's over.
We did take the time to snap a few photos once the season closed at 1PM. So, ... since she was willing, I took a few photos at an ole cabin built in 1827 and I'm told the oldest log cabin in Illinois still standing ! That's pretty cool.
As the final morning ended with the birds going the other way, ...
we posed for one nice photo together. Stacy will certainly
score on turkeys soon ... as she hunts very well.
Can you help Stacy ? She will tackle any outdoor experience with your help. Soon, spring Crappie fishing will be great, Turkey season too, and summer time fishing would make great topics for Stacy.

A few weeks ago, ... Stacy got invited to go Bow fishing. So, ... as you can see, she is a quick student. Her new friend Dustin invited her knowing she is looking to expand her experiences and knowledge in the outdoors.
According to Stacy, they had a blast.
By the smile on Miss Stacy's face, ... I'd say they certainly did.
