Newton's 2009 All Fry - Camp and Cook Expo
Now, ... what better way to start a cook out then ... a fire and good food.
As I drove up that afternoon, ... deer were feeding in the field. Newton's All Fry - Camp and Cook Expo is held in Brown County, ... very near the Brown and Pike county line. And, not too far away is Adams county. Yep, ... in the Golden Triangle of Central Illinois. This buck is across the road on Don Newton's property.
He's joined by another ... and look at the tine length on the one on the left.
The camp fire is started ... and soon good fellowship will follow.
Grand Master of the evening is none other than Dan Newton in the center.
Chloe gets advise from Sledge during a card game that Sam, Chloe and I were involved in. She really didn't need Sledge's advise ... as she was a shark and won every game.
Through out the afternoon and evening I took random photos ... hope you enjoy the selection I took.
Sam steps out of the tent ... after setting it up all by himself.
Here, ... at the card playing table ... the kids have a good time.
Point a camera ... and kids will be kids.
