It was Beautiful
Hunting really isn't all about how big the rack is, ... or how many animals one can harvest. Hunting is more about appreciating the outdoors and sharing it with others. My brother and I did enjoy some beautiful scenery while in South Dakota recently. Although the hunt wasn't quite as enjoyable as it should have been ... missed opportunities did happen. We did enjoy our time spent together.
I thought this photo of horses and barn showed rustic beauty.

did see deer each day, ... but it's not a place I would ever return to hunt.
