Shantane scores AGAIN !
Shantane from East Central Wyoming put in some blind time
during her 2010 Archery Antelope hunt. And, ... as the photo
shows, it paid off ! This is a tall horned mature goat.
During August, ... sitting on a water is a great way to get close to
these wide open country speed goats. Shantane tells me she
passed on lots of bucks wanting to harvest a mature buck.
Here, ... this guys doesn't realize she could launch an arrow with ease.
But, ... Team Member Shantane snapped a photo instead.
From her blind, passing time watching all the different antelope stroll by was fun. But when the time came, she drops the camera and releases her arrow.
Shantane Strohschein shows hunting over a water is very
productive. She will be out deer and elk hunting soon. I for
one can't wait to see more photos from her hunting trips !
