Hello all .... Hey Anne & I had a great time down south, I hunted Alligators on Lake Seminole, ... at the GA, AL, & FL border. If you want to hunt gators .... give me a call or drop me a note. I'm putting together the details ... but soon to come ...

Here's what I went down to Lake Seminole for ... WOW ... a 10 Foot Gator.
Now, ... here's the deal, ... and I ain't pulling your leg. Riding in a Boat with Randy Pounds as the boatman , ... we eased up along side of the gator , ... and using a Harpoon from Phil Walters of GATORGUIDES.COM & the Ratworks Gear .... on my very first attempt , ... my first ever throw at a gator ... I landed a shot in his shoulder. See the bottom photo on the left, ... you can see the cut above the front leg. That successful hit , ... anchored a dart under the skin with 50 foot of rope and the float. We then .... after a little time , ... brought him up to the surface, and I popped another harpoon throw and embedded another dart and line.
Once he was secured with two restraining ropes , ... Capt. Phil took the snag hook and grabbed the gator by the lower jaw while I taped his jaws shut. We then pulled the gator on board and I applied the death cut to the back of the head.
The last photo , ... on the bottom right , ... Capt. Phil & TheLodgeman sit down for a little rest from all the fun. And , .... FUN it was.
