Pheasant hunting .... at it's wettest !
Remember our Pheasant hunt scheduled for Dec. 27 ? Well, ... Team Lodge members Joey Fryer and Myself with buddies Lonnie Foust and Randy Black didn't enjoy the day. We did however, ... have a nice breakfast, enjoyed a nice ride, and I got to meet Randy Black.
Here's how the day looked from our truck ....

We arrived at Heggemeier Hunting operation only to sit in the truck to watch
a down pour.
You can't really see the water pouring from the gutter .... but it was bad.

Needless to say, ... we didn't hunt in this stuff. Now, ... we might think we're tough, ... but we ain't stupid too !!!
We'll try to get back, ... because Randy Black has some real good hunting dogs and I was looking forward to see them work. If so, ... I'll make sure to let ya all know.
